Separate event attendance from overnight accommodation.
A wedding, birthday or family gathering may bring together many guests, with only some staying on site. Start with two numbers: people attending the event and people needing an apartment. Then add the event date and the accommodation nights.
Regina Home offers reception-hall and apartment packages. A combined enquiry lets you present both requirements to reception without assuming that the hall’s capacity equals the number of people who can stay overnight.
Choose the setting before planning the decoration.
The reception hall accommodates 150–200 seated guests or up to 250 standing. Those capacities refer to the hall: they should not be applied to the poolside space or added together to infer an overall capacity. Include your preferred layout in the enquiry.
The hall and poolside space can be hired separately or together. The poolside space is an event venue; use of the pool during the celebration must be agreed in the quote. A photograph of a poolside celebration does not establish permission to swim.
Distinguish the venue from what you bring to it.
Air conditioning and an equipped kitchen are provided. Tables, chairs, decoration and other equipment are not included in the hire. Photographs of past events show setups arranged for those occasions, not a package automatically supplied with the hall.
You may bring your own providers. Reception can also suggest professionals Regina Home has worked with. To avoid gaps and duplicated arrangements, give each requirement—furniture, food, decoration and sound—a person responsible for confirming it and its quotation.
Permitted event hours are 07:00 to midnight. Event guest parking is outside the property. Confirm provider setup and dismantling times with reception; these cannot automatically be inferred from the celebration’s hours.
Plan the overnight stay as carefully as the gathering.
Apartments have one to three bedrooms, for up to two, four or six guests depending on category. Group travellers by party and bedroom needs, without choosing named apartments. Reception proposes the apartments available for the relevant dates.
Accommodation may begin before the event or finish afterwards. Consider relatives arriving the previous day and those needing to remain the next day. Apartment check-in is from 14:00 and check-out at 12:00; an evening event does not automatically extend a stay.
Leisure access included with apartment rental is reserved for residents. For people attending only the event, distinguish event-space hire from any conditions for using the pool.

These rates cover venue hire. Accommodation is quoted according to your requirements; no fixed hall-and-apartment package price can be inferred here. Providers and equipment to arrange should be identified separately.
For a useful proposal, provide the date, guest count, seated or standing layout, preferred space, proposed schedule, overnight guests and number of nights. Ask for confirmation of services, the total, and the event’s payment and cancellation terms.
Do not assume that published apartment-stay terms are identical to event-hire terms. Have both clarified when your quote combines the hall and accommodation.
