Count your guests, then the bedrooms you want.

Start with everyone staying overnight, then consider who wishes to share a bedroom. Those are two different questions. A party of four can fit within the two-bedroom category but may prefer three bedrooms for more privacy.

A family of five exceeds the stated capacity of a two-bedroom apartment. Request three bedrooms, or several apartments depending on your plans. If travelling with children or needing particular sleeping arrangements, say so: do not assume extra beds, baby equipment or additional capacity.

Three categories, meaningful differences.

The shower count does not necessarily mean the same number of separate bathrooms. Bedding and layouts vary by apartment. If sleeping arrangements, the relationship between bedrooms or access to the apartment are important to you, ask for details of the proposal.

The residence has 13 apartments, but that number does not indicate how many will be free on your dates. For a larger group, describe the overall requirement before assigning people to particular apartments.

Explore real spaces, while keeping examples and allocation distinct.

Harare and Maseru are photographed examples of the two-bedroom category. Tripoli illustrates the three-bedroom category. Their names identify the spaces shown; your enquiry is for a category, and reception confirms the apartment proposed.

For the one-bedroom category, ask reception for photographs and the layout of the apartment proposed. If you like an open kitchen, a living space or a bed arrangement in a photograph, describe that preference rather than assuming all apartments are identical.

Bring the requirements together in one enquiry.

For several households, give the number of people in each group, their preferred bedroom counts and each group’s dates. Two two-bedroom apartments could, for example, suit two parties of four; availability of both must be confirmed together.

Mention whether some guests arrive at a different time. Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out at 12:00. Access, housekeeping and particular arrangements should be discussed with reception before treating the stay as settled.

Residents benefit from their apartment’s own Wi-Fi and included access to the pool, gym, sports courts and parking. This does not automatically extend the residence’s leisure access to outside visitors.

“There will be five of us, including […], from […] to […]. We would like three bedrooms and would like to clarify the bed arrangements. Could you propose an available apartment and confirm its details and the total price?”

The same bedroom count can have different rates.

The rate varies with the proposed apartment. The photographed two-bedroom examples do not therefore necessarily represent the lowest-priced apartment. The proposal should connect a layout, dates and a total.
