How do I choose an apartment?
The residence has 13 furnished apartments, from one bedroom for 2 guests to three bedrooms for 6. Share how many bedrooms you need and your dates; reception proposes an available apartment. The Apartments page presents the categories, photographed examples and rates.
What are the rates?
Rates depend on the bedroom category and the apartment offered. Find short-stay and monthly rates at the end of the Apartments page. Prices are negotiable from 11 nights.
Which amenities are included?
Each apartment has its own Wi-Fi. The pool, gym, football, basketball and tennis courts, and parking are included in the rental and reserved exclusively for residents.
What about housekeeping and special requests?
Include housekeeping or access needs in your enquiry. Reception will explain the arrangements and frequency for your stay.
When can I check in and check out?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is at 12:00. Contact reception about early or late arrival, or a later departure.
How do I pay for my reservation?
An advance payment of at least 50% of your stay is required to reserve; you can also pay in full. Indicate your preference: Orange Money, MTN Mobile Money or bank card. Reception confirms available methods and payment instructions. This website does not take payments.
What is the cancellation policy?
A stay cancellation must be notified at least 48 hours in advance. Refund or rescheduling arrangements must be agreed with reception. Keep your written confirmation and payment references.
Can I combine an event and accommodation?
Yes, reception-hall and apartment packages are available so your loved ones can stay on site. Share the date, guest numbers and how many people need accommodation for a tailored quote.
